ATTORNEY REFERRAL & JOINT VENTURE CASES

We always look forward to paying generous referral fees to referring attorneys immediately after receiving payment on a final settlement or judgment and are always open to joint venture agreements in certain cases.

In order for us to maintain the highest quality representation, we are very selective in the cases that we take. However, when we do take a case, that case will be represented by an experienced legal team with the commitment, dedication and resources to get the job done with the best result possible.

We believe there's a lack of appreciation by many attorneys out there who receive referral cases. Many of them don't appreciate the importance of referrals and in some cases refuse to provide status updates to referring attorneys or refuse to pay them after obtaining a settlement or a judgment on the case. If you are a solo practitioner even one referral slipping through the cracks could be devastating to your practice, but even if it wasn�t, there is still no reason why any law firm should ever refuse to pay a referring lawyer a previously promised referral fee.

We provide all referring attorneys with regular status updates and are always available to answer your questions. Once the case is resolved, we pay the agreed upon referral fee promptly and with a detailed letter confirming all final disbursements.

It's not unusual for a referral case by a single phone call from a referring attorney or an assistant to be worth tens of thousands, and even hundreds of thousands of dollars in referral fees down the road.
